ABOUT US

Our mission is to provide a forum where energetic and dynamic professionals can come together to contribute to the economic vitality of the Sierra Foothills and build relationships with like-minded individuals through social engagement and community service.

Founding Board Members hold permanent positions on our board. We select up to 9 more individuals each year who serve for one-year terms.

Allison Harvey

Allison was born and raised in the Sierra Foothills and came back for more after completing law school at McGeorge School of Law.  Allison owns a law firm in Auburn and she assists business owners and individuals in the community with estate planning and all legal issues that come with owning a business including incorporating and employee issues.  Allison’s firm, A. L. Harvey Law also assists individuals with family law, including divorce and custody and litigation. 

 

Allison loves to volunteer her time in the community. Some of her community efforts outside of this group include Auburn Ski Club, Sutter Auburn Faith’s Faith and Fantasy Ball, Stand Up Placer and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Greater Sacramento. All of this when she is not busy raising two adorable sons and attending all of their soccer games & school events. 

Jocelyn was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Placer County in 2010.  She spent the last eight years serving former District 5 Placer County Supervisor Jennifer Montgomery and  puts a law degree and fifteen years of marketing & sales experience to good use by helping build her family's winery business in Auburn (Lone Buffalo Vineyards) and promoting the Placer Wine & Ale Trail's local food, wine & craft brew scene. 

 

She also currently serves on the Board of the Placer County Vintners Association and The Placer County Visitor's Bureau.  A true "connector,"  Jocelyn is excited to meet other motivated individuals in the greater Sierra Foothills area.

Lisa Bloom

Lisa is a California native and a fairly recent import (by Auburn calculations) to Placer County,  moving here in 2006 from the Monterey Bay Area.  After working 34 years in the public sector both for Monterey and Placer Counties, she retired and established her “phase two” career.  After a successful 7 years and a host of life changes as the Chef/Owner of A Window Opened: Personal Chef & Specialty Catering, Lisa is once again looking for new opportunities. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Lisa lives over the river and through the woods in Grass Valley, near Chicago Park, on 5 acres with her boyfriend Dan and hound Sadie, but still feels more centered in Placer County and Auburn.  When she’s not cooking or rippling, Lisa enjoys camping, hiking, whitewater rafting, enjoying someone else’s food at a local restaurant or sipping wine or beer at one of the many local wineries or breweries.  Lisa is very active in Soroptimist International and is President for 2017-2018 of her Club, Soroptimist International of the American River.

Shanna is a California native who moved to Auburn in 2010.  Shanna’s list of degrees is long but includes an MBA and a Bachelors in Business from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Shanna currently owns two businesses, SFDC Managers and Tanglewood Consulting and provides consulting services in respect to SalesForce.com, the mechanics of a start up business and business process implementation.

 

In her free time Shanna dedicates many hours to Stand Up Placer.   Shanna also loves to dance and her dogs.

Natalie is married with two kids and lives in Applegate, CA.  Natalie specializes in investing for growth, wealth preservation and tax strategies at Integrated Financial Concepts (IFC) in Auburn and Meadow Vista.

 

She loves spending time with her family doing anything outdoors, especially cooking, hiking and camping. She is also very involved in her community where she is passionate about bettering education, creating opportunities for women and young girls, and supporting local businesses. She currently is the president of her Soroptimist Club, serves on the board of Placer Hills Education Foundation and the Salvation Army.

Natalie Litchfield

Mikki is married with two children and a longtime resident of Auburn. She is a Senior Mortgage Advisor with Finance of

America in Auburn and Owner of Mikki's Restaurant in South Auburn.  

 

Mikki is very involved in her community serving on the board of directors for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, Gold Country Fairground Heritage Foundation, and The Ripple Effect. Over the Years, Mikki has dedicated her time to the Boys & Girls Club, Auburn’s Faith & Fantasy Ball, Sacramento Sled Hockey, Summer Theater Academy, OneHope, Pay it Forward, the Forgotten Soldier Program, Gold Country Fairgrounds, and various other organizations as needs arise. For a brief time, Mikki was a professional singer and on occasion will still perform for friends when requested. Music is her passion.

Troyia is a native Californian, born and raised.  After attending Del Oro High School, Sierra College and Southern Oregon State, Troyia worked for many years for Don Robinson Sand & Gravel in Auburn before obtaining her real estate license.  Troyia has been a mortgage adviser for more than 20 years, managing her own branch office with Peak Mortgage for the past 12 years. 

 

In addition to her involvement with The Ripple Effect, she is an active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and WIN, a women in business networking group.  She and her husband Mark spend their time riding their Harleys and quads, traveling and camping in their RV, camping, hanging with family, grandkids and friends.  A life-long animal lover, Troyia and has raised exotic jungle cats.

Jackie Weston

Jackie is a native Californian and moved to Auburn in 1985 from Southern California. Her parents purchased a business called Auburn Letterhouse which  after  several name changes is now APi-Marketing, a family owned and run marketing and print company where she manages the Emerging Services Department.

Jackie and her husband Ian have two wonderful children who fill up their hearts and time. Any free time they manage to carve out is spent enjoying the beautiful hiking trails of the Sierra Foothills, enjoying community events and laundry! Jackie is and always has been very active in the community. She has been involved with 49er Lions Club, Relay for Life Committee, Leadership Auburn and she is currently on her eighth year as an Auburn Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. Jackie loves being involved in the community and giving back wherever she can.
